We work with Pathmakers. These are leaders who have identified a problem in their community that only they are positioned to solve. They are not waiting for a program. They are building one. We find them, fund them, and walk with them.

Once identified as a Pathmaker, we engage directly as a foundation grantee and, in selective cases, through fee-based advisory services. We come in at the ground floor. We align with your strategic direction. We stay until the work can stand without us. Some engagements last three months. Some last three years. Lasting financial transformation is not a checklist. It is a relationship.

Ninety-five percent of American churches depend almost entirely on weekly offerings. That is a single revenue stream tied to a single demographic that is aging out of the giving pool. The generational giving crisis is not coming. It is already here. The local church, when it is properly structured, theologically grounded, and economically equipped, is the most strategically positioned institution in any zip code to solve what no government program or nonprofit sector can touch. Our work exists to build that capacity.

Churchenomics is the economic framework at the center of everything Pathmakers does. Developed by Jamé Bolds and proven at Victory Church in Yorktown, Virginia, where a $300,000 structural deficit became a $2 million balance sheet and a retired $1.3 million mortgage, Churchenomics is now deployed across 19 cities in 12 states overseeing more than $30 million in combined assets and investments. The model works by reversing the direction of money. Rather than depending entirely on what flows in on Sunday morning, a Churchenomics-structured church builds diversified revenue through multi-entity LLC architecture, community-serving enterprises, and permanent endowments that fund the mission in perpetuity. It does not replace generosity. It builds the infrastructure that makes generosity sustainable.

We do not impose a vision on you. We create capital for the one you already have. That means walking with you as you tackle the problem your community is waiting for someone to solve.
